1. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Yes, we offer refunds. All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days after delivery. Before returning an item, please contact us at: returns@globalindigenouscrafts.com to obtain an authorization number. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost with tracking and there will be a 10% restocking fee. All items must be in new and unused condition, not washed, with original tags, labels, and original packaging. A restocking fee and shipping charges do not apply to damaged items.
2. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We offer free shipping. Shipping carrier is USPS First Class Mail with tracking; delivery time: 1 – 5 Business Days. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days to process an order before it is shipped out.
